Ndu is the Founder and Director of Next Generation Tennis which was launched in June 2007. He has coached over 14 SA National Champions since 2004. Coming from a background of US College Tennis where he was MVP for 2 years and won NCAA Conference Championships; he also worked at Peter Burwash International Academy at the prestigious Stone Mountain Tennis Center in Atlanta, Georgia where the 1996 Tennis Olympics where held.

While on this assignment, he worked with many top US junior players as well as WTA player, Petra Rampre from Slovenia who was ranked 300 at the time. On of the biggest wins was against Lisa Raymond at the Charleston Open (now known as the Volvo Car Open).
